DEFtv 72 Post-Show MAYHEM!

Any long term fan of DEFIANCE Wrestling knows exactly how… well, temperamental DEF original the Bombastic Bronson Box can be from time to time. Since returning to the company from his Edward White induced exile Boxer has, for the most part, been a model employee… as far as employees of THIS particular company go, anyway. A lot of that is due in part to his association with business manager and former protegee of the aforementioned Ed White, the beautiful and wickedly sharp Jane Katze. After the events of DEFtv 72’s wild main event with that relationship now in complete question, there’s a real concern about Bronson’s mental state… as evidence by the situation that went down right behind the curtain after the cameras were shut off.
As Jane Katze whisked her new DEF*MAX finalist client Curtis Penn away to a safe distance in a limo literally moments after his GIANT win against Box, The Wargod was left untethered and as just flat out MAD as we’ve ever seen him. Not only did his business manager make a giant statement at his expense, but he’s for the second year in a row had the DEF*MAX ripped out from underneath him. The Wargod left ringside without much incident, it was about half an hour later in a random back hallway where things went completely off the rails.
A seething cauldron of rage as he was, it probably would have been smart for anyone and everyone to just stay out of Boxer’s way. And for the most part everyone did. Kelly Evans, knowing Bronson all too well, made sure of that as quietly and tactfully as possible. Wanting to get past the incident without any serious damage to the building or any employees… just when that pie in the sky goal looked to be achieved, Boxer ran into someone riiiiiight as he was about to leave the building.
“Oye. Stunnin’ performance out there tonight Hollis, hope you’re… “ was about all Andy Murray could get past his lips before he found himself pretty literally fighting for his life against against a FURIOUS Wargod. After just a few minutes of clawing, closed fist shots and being rammed headlong into whatever hard unforgiving stationary object they could reach both men ended up a bloody mess. Each of their foreheads oozing copious amounts of crimson as they were forcibly pulled apart by what appeared to be most of the backstage staff.
It quite literally took Mike Sloan, Evan Hurley and all the rest of the agents plus every referee available in shouting distance PLUS Wyatt Bronson and his usual army of security drones to pry the two men apart before the killed one another. A frazzled and frustrated Kelly Evans was quick on the scene and quick to lay into Andy Murray for not leaving well enough alone. But the crux of the discussion boiled down to one thing, one line from the BAWSlady…
“You two sons-of-bitches want one another so badly? Fine. Bronson Box. Andy Murray. 20 years in the making. This so-called civil war of yours becomes a reality at MAXIMUM DEFIANCE, boys… now, get both of them OUT of my building. NOW!”
And so at the PPV we’ll all bare witness to the culmination of YEARS of bad blood. One has to wonder though, should Andy win… just how over the edge will Bronson be THEN? And if Boxer wins… what’s left between him and the REST of the Murray family?
I smell roasted Squid either way, personally.
