Who is Ultra Raptor? DDK investigates...

Yoshikazu YAZ had a tough War Games. Between being put on point by his team, kept deliberately in the dark about his team's strategy, being choked out with a metal turnbuckle bolt, and finally having his team captain attack him for tapping to the chokeout.
Before Dentari could do significant damage, however, he was attacked by a man wearing the mask of Ultra Raptor. "Raptor" gave Dentari an extension powerbomb/elevated powerbomb/Last Ride powerbomb and helped YAZ from the ring. Since then, people have been asking "who is Ultra Raptor?". I decided to research the subject personally, and these are the results of that research.
For starters, "Who is Ultra Raptor?" is the wrong question. "Who is that guy who was wearing an Ultra Raptor mask?" is much more appropriate
Most people who've heard of Ultra Raptor, know that Jeff Andrews won the Coalition of Affiliated Leagues World Title while working as Ultra Raptor, and believe he was just an alterego of Andrews.
Ultra Raptor, real name Paco Losantio, 6'0" and 210 lbs, was a third term graduate of Cito Conarri's "Wrestling Inferno" dojo, graduating in 1998, in the same class as none other than Heidi Christenson. Instead of remaining in Mexico, he went to Japan, where he became a fixture of the Junior Heavyweight scene. He alternatedly feuded and tag teamed with a man named Yaz Illika - Illika, of course would later become Yoshikazu YAZ. He did some stuff in Old Line Wrestling too - under the Ultra Raptor gimmick, under his real name, and briefly as Black Raptor.
The man who interfered in War Games, then, is clearly not Losantio. Losantio was a luchador with a martial arts influence. Losantio is not 6'5" and he has never executed a last ride powerbomb in his life.
