The Jane Katze / Eddie Dante connection, what gives?

At the conclusion of the God-Beast's run-in with two time FIST of DEFIANCE Bronson Box, The Wargod was in uncharacteristically good spirits despite the double count out decision. With Mushi still struggling to breath and Box barely standing, The Original DEFIANT tucked a business card into the hand of the manager of his opponent, Eddie Dante. Angus being the first to state the obvious... is Bronson Box recruiting for Jane Katze's "Katze & Associates" group?
Also... what the hell is Katze & Associates really?
He stepped through the curtain still bleeding and sweating, clutching his midsection in discomfort. Jane Katze was already waiting for him just behind the curtain in the gorilla position. "Pardon me, Jane?" Both of them looked at me like I'd just farted. Bronson's near expressionless face still managing to get across his annoyance and Jane... she just smiles cooly. "Warner."
I knew I only had a few moments before they blew me off, so I knew I had to go for broke. "What exactly was the intent of the business card? What's your intent with Eddie Dante and Mushigihara?" Jane starts to answer but Bronson cuts in, politely holding up a hand. Jane acquiesces, whipping out her Blackberry as she gives me a little grin as she walks a few steps away... leaving me alone with The Original DEFIANT.
"Listen up Lance-y... did you see Mushigihara's performance out there? That young man just took me to the limit. He's got hunger and grit and a vicious determination that's rare in this locker room of entitled children." A few droplets of blood drip from his nose as he leans in close. "My dear friend Jane here has a talent for business. Katze & Associates is simply trying to develop... " he looks back at Jane with a sinister knowing smile " ... a diverse cross section of talent she feels best represents the DEFIANCE brand. Isn't that how you put it, Jane dear?" Jane looks up from her phone with a smile on her red lips.
"Once he calms down I'll meet with Mr. Yamazaki, and considering the good sense of his handler Mr. Dante I hope to come to some sort of an agreement. The Mushigihara brand has limitless untapped potential this company has been predictably squandering. I aim to change that and capitalize on it." I can feel this impromptu interview slipping away, so I throw caution to the wind...
"So the fact Mushigihara is arguably one of the bigger threats to Bronson or Eugene walking away from their tournament block winners has no baring on this potential business arrangement?" Bronson gives Jane a look and she nods. The Wargod gives me a little passive aggressive pat on the cheek and brushes past me, heading for the locker rooms. Jane takes a few ginger steps towards me, her red heels clacking on the concrete floor of gorilla. "Lance, sweetheart. Considering the talent I'm now courting, the talent in my care and the people HE'S associated with... do you really want to throw around accusations like that?" I dive in heard first. Fearless journalistic integrity and all that. "I just want the truth Miss Katze."
She slinks towards me in that way she does. "You know what they say about the truth Lance." She gives me a little peck on the cheek before walking off the hallway in the direction her client strode just moments before. "It tends to hurt."
