There was only one positive thing that came out of EFG's BattleMania and that was Curtis Penn has found a new medium to insult the DEF*MAX Grand Prix participants on. Come one, come all and read Curtis Penn's Blog.
A month or so back I witnessed some jackass write a blog about all of the participants in EFG’s BattleMania, you know that inter promotional event that was all of the rage for about three seconds… and in those three seconds I looked at who was going to be competing in it and decided that I shouldn’t waste my time and that’s when the hyped died out. But, like always I keep an eye out for any talent that I could face and that would help cement myself as the greatest wrestler in known history. That’s when, why, and how I came across that blog. Although the guy lacked sack and couldn’t tell the other 29 other “Wrestlers” that they sucked to their faces; he did give me an idea to help me while I’m on the road from New Orleans to Pensacola, Florida in between shows and so I could have a little bit of a life without having to share it with everyone on the interweb. So here we are, Curtis Penn’s blog…I promise to have a better name for it if I continue doing it and it not turn into a hassle. I have been told by a few of Defiance’s staff that I could post it on the brand new web page. However, I think they’re using me as a marketing tool to ramp up the hits on the website, I’ll have to talk to my agent and see what he says.
The word on the street is DEF*MAX Grand Prix and all of the top talent in the land will be placed in a tournament that will culminate at Maximum DEFIANCE. With that said most of the wrestlers have their opinions, their biased opinions on who will come out as the Grand Prix Champion. Honestly, we all know that it will be me, they know it will be me, and deep… deep down they beg for it to be me.
Who else has defeated more people in one on one’s, triple threats, and four way matches than I have? No one on the roster can say that every title defense they had resulted in a three way or a four way title defense, I am the only one. And here is why, there isn’t one man or woman on the Defiance Roster that can go like I can go. That is why I will be forever remembered as the GREATEST SOHER CHAMPION.
Even with this broken wrist, which is 40% better, I remain the favorite to walk out winning not only my Block, but the whole freakin’ tournament. And what a better way to start off the tournament than with a win over Dan Ryan, a man who might have been thought of as the favorite in Block B, that was until they saw my name penciled in beside his. And now Dan Ryan, who might be just a smidge underneath me in terms of talent, will be just the first loser.
