Never Fear Defiance Legal Is HERE!

To all of the Defiance Deviants you can all rest easily now that the Defiance Legal Team has finally settled the matter about Curtis Penn’s Curtis Clutch Challenge. There is a law in the United States called the Hold Harmless Agreement: it states that if a fan crosses the barrier that is set up around the ring that the wrestling company cannot be held responsible for any injury that could occur to the fan. With that being said, there are no reparations or repercussions that could steam from the Curtis Clutch Challenge.

So enter at your own risk!
