Jason Natas to Miss DEFtv 68 + Face Sean Jackson @ DEFCON

In a mixed day of news for "The Bronx Bully," DEFIANCE officials have tonight announced that Jason Natas will square-off against Sean Jackson at DEFCON.
There's just one condition: he must stay away from DEFtv 68.
"Natas' knee is pretty banged-up, and Kelly doesn't want to risk the possibility of any further damage ahead of DEFCON," said a source close to the Boss Bitch. "Jason has been advised to stay at home, rest-up, and come back fresh for the pay-per-view."
The news will likely satisfy and frustrate the New Yorker in equal measure. Natas' struggles with his surgically-repaired knee are well-documented, and he's only recently showed signs of full recovery after tearing his ACL, MCL, and medial meniscus two summers ago.
"The Anti-Superstar" returned to DEFIANCE in October '15 a husk of the fighter he once was. An overweight, unmotivated Natas delivered a series of sloppy in-ring performances that made a mockery of his once-feared status in the wrestling industry. He fought through it, however. Each new month brought gradual improvement, and by June, Natas was matching the likes of Lindsay Troy and Bronson Box blow-for-blow, hold-for-hold.
It's been a drastic improvement, but Sean Jackson threatens to ruin it all. Motivated by an unsavoury verbal exchange with Natas at DEFtv 65, Jackson interfered to cost Natas his chance at the Southern Heritage Championship two weeks later.
Things took a nasty turn at DEFtv 67, when Jackson assaulted Natas prior to their scheduled match, and unleashed a focused, brutal beatdown on Natas' rebuilt knee. "The Anti-Superstar" has reportedly been walking with a heavy limp since, and will now miss DEFtv 68 amid fears of further long-term damage to an already-vulernable joint.
Neither Natas nor Jackson were available for comment, but we expect to hear from "The Lone Star of Texas" on tonight's broadcast.
