DEFIANCE TV 45 is in the books and the post-Edward White era began with Eric Dane passing the reigns over to long time protégé and Team Danger cohort, Kelly Evans.
Sources backstage are reporting that everything is not back to "business as usual" quite yet, despite what Dane and Evans would have you believe.
Fans in attendance at the Wrestle-Plex may have noticed that there was absolutely zero merchandise available and all t-shirt stands were still shuttered. It is believed this is because Edward White failed to pay the t-shirt printers and Wrestle-Plex employees for several months. Most were still holding on in hopes that the money would eventually come but when DEFIANCE was seized, many just gave up and didn't return.
Word has it that Eric Dane and Kelly Evans had to call in nearly every favor they could just to get the doors open in time for the show and even the RING had a lien against it! Edward White may be gone for now, but his influence is still being felt.
