Did a harmless souvenir derail Frank Holiday's plans to compete in Canada?

Find out after the jump!

A routine customs search at Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Ontario has gotten Frank Holiday and his manager, Billy Pepper, in hot water with Canadian authorities, DefianceWrestling.com learned today.

Reportedly, a Canada Border Services Agent found an unspecified number of small bags of marijuana stashed in Holiday's luggage and carry-on bag, as well as in his jeans pockets and inside his socks. "My bad, I totes forgot that was in there, dude," Holiday apparently explained.

As a result of attempting to cross the Canadian border in possession of drugs, he was found inadmissible to enter the country. Frank Holiday and Billy Pepper were deported back to the United States on the first available flight.

Holiday told us that the marijuana, a batch of prized Whitewalker OG, dates back to DEFIANCE's stop in Amsterdam for Guerrilla Grindhouse #6.

"I was supposed to answer Curtis Penn's open challenge for the Southern Heritage Title, and now I'm gonna miss out on that," Holiday complained. "Also, they didn't let me keep the weed. So it all sucks."
